Soup

Made some soup to complement my recent sourdough experiments.

What’s the secret?

  1. Boil tomatoes, peel the skin off and blend it
  2. Heat oil and shallow fry finely chopped onions and garlic
  3. Add the tomato puree, salt, cut mushrooms, broccoli and spring onions
  4. Add some black peppers if needed
